OBSOLETE COVID THREAD Where to get recovery health certificate to renter USA ?

We just tested positive today ( asymptomatic aside from some sneezes ) we got our 4 th booster 2 weeks before traveling and are sleeping in hotels and are pretty private but still got it . We will be here another 14 days and will isolate for a few days eventhough we’re not having any symptoms . Now my question is : we need a negative test to renter the USA OR a recovery certificate . I know we MAY test positive for weeks even when we’re not contagious anymore so want to get the recovery certificate . Where do we get those ? We’re in najera now and the healthcare center here is closed till Monday and we’re not even sure they would do this . Anyone with any tips ??? Thanks
