xtra precautions for this year?

Hi All,
I was just wondering whether or not I should consider taking a bivi (ultra lite tent) and mat in september if all the accommodation will be taken. There was some mention of school halls etc being used to cope with increased demand this year. Any opinions? Maybe just the mat?

In theory things should quieten down after August. Also more temporary accommodation should be open by then. Why not leave the decision until the very last moment when we will have had up to date reports from pilgrims.
