Where can one purchase this in Geneva?
I have the 2015 book but I am thinking of getting the 2018 book.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
It appears one can only purchase retail in France, at the departmental offices of the Amis organization. But you can order by email and pay by Paypal here: http://chemins.amis-st-jacques.org/?page_id=104
Thanks. I know we can order it, but we leave in three weeks and I'm not sure about getting it before we leave. We were to walk the RLS, but we were starting to rethink that idea and then the train strike happened. That pushed us to decide on a route and we have more confidence that airfrance can get us to Geneva than the train to Le puy. So yesterday we booked airfare from Paris to Geneva. Had the train strike not happened we were just going to fly to Paris and then decide where we would walk.

If you don't want it to have it sent to the US, you could probably have it sent to Geneva, where you stay. There are many options for staying in Geneva, including some Acceuil Pélérins, see this PDF. From within Switzerland, the Yellow Guide can be ordered from the Buchhandlung zum Jakobsweg, Brauerstrasse 15, CH-9000 St. Gallen .

By the way, St.Gallen would also be worth a visit, if you're in Switzerland anyway, and you could purchase the guide there personally.

We walked from St. Gallen to Geneva in 2016. St. Gallen was a great place and very interesting. We are just carrying on to Le Puy this year. I hope my 2015 guide will do.
I see you are from Germany and that is high on the list to visit and walk.

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
I purchased the Yellow Guide at the bookstore in Geneva located above the train station. 14 CHF last May.

Just got back from walking the Via Gebennensis, it was beautiful! I purchased the Yellow Guide in Geneva from a bookstore called Payot near the Old Town, but I'm sure there are other places in Geneva as mentioned above, and along the Chemin where you can find it too. Hope this helps.

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
I don’t like to be on boards when walking. But. The yellow guide is at book store Payot at 7 Rue de la Conferderation. 12.9 CHF. Not far from St. Pierre

Hello All! I have tried for some time without success to find information online about accommodation along the Via Gebennensis. The 'Online Guide' offered by this website doesn't cover this route...
Hi All I will walk from Geneva to St. Jean Pied de Port in late August. But I want to concentrate on the route from Geneva to Le Puy first. I have never walked in France; unfortunately, I do not...
