The only minor thing is that you can't easily reach the sidepockets. So when I want to drink I have to stop, take pack off and grab bottle. But sometimes I buy the more compact 33 cl bottles that I can place in the pockets of my trousers.

You are so correct, I went back and did a second camino and the experience was completely different, and actually not nearly as enjoyable as my first. I left quite heartbroken.

Yes they are wine grapes, but I work at a winery, and trust me... they are tasty!
We have the same problem here with tourists helping themselves to our grapes, it is very frustrating!
Pilgrims should not be doing this.
I walked in Sept-Oct 2014 and it was really great walking temperatures, plus no problems at all finding beds along the way. I am hoping to go again in 2017, thinking May and June-ish, but I'd really like to see the sunflowers in bloom... can anyone tell me when is the best time for this? Thanks!
