Hiking Poles

Thank you for all the information and positive suggestions for the use of hiking poles. I just started to use mine on several short hikes and they do make a difference. Definitely looking forward to my adventure in April on the Portuguese Coastal Camino. Buen Camino

Thank you for your suggestions. It does make sense and I need to start to use them on regular basis. My friend that I have done 3 Camino’s with has used hiking poles, I guess I just haven’t made the effort. Time to change.

95 year old peregrina finishes her 5th Camino

I will also say definitely no reason to quit. I did my first Camino Francis 2016, I was 72. Said I would never do anything like that again. Two years later 2018, now 74 did Lisbon to Santiago. 2020 rolls around we were going to do Camino Francis again, Covid stopped that adventure. 2022...
