Stayed at the Hungarian Por Fin up the hill from the bus terminus. Spotlessly clean, hot showers, sheets, blankets etc. Clothes washing and drying facilities available. Well equipped kitchen. A trifle fussy but helpful hosts. Good English (and I guess Spanish and Hungarian....). Would go there...
Was there last week (early October, 2014). Glad to report it's still open. One of the best memories of the Camino Portuguese. It's a lovely, well marked walk mainly along a river from Pontecesures. Lovely location and buildings, friendly helpful volunteer hospitaleros, good sleeping...
