Help choosing between CF, CdN, and VdLP
The Norte is certainly the 'nicest', followed by the Portuguese (except between LIS and Porto)......., Via de la Plata has quite some long stretches, such as 35-40km a day with nothing in between. Hello, wha are all these people thinking they should make reservations? I never did reservations over 12.000km Caminos, except for the first nite, and occasionally for the nite Saturday -Sunday (in cities in Spain). June is not a high season. godd luck & Ultreia! chronicwalker- chronicwalker

Booking Ahead in June to July
Hi, why do you want to book a bed ahead of time? I never booked (or say: rarely) a bed ahead walking several caminos. Many albergues go according to : first come first served (= no booking possible).... Bur if yoz feel you need: go booking.com for some better hostales... (double or Triple the €€...- chronicwalker

Do I need Spanish skills for the Mozarabe?
Why don't you do some short Spanish lessons. It is a matter of showing a minimal level of politeness and respect to be able to say hello and thank you to the local people of a Country that you visit..... First aid kit recommendations for Via de La Plata
Hi Major Bozo, I have wirh me painkillers (antipyretics) and antiobiotics. Never needed more on 10.000 miles on St. Jacques trails. Don't you forget: this is Europe, not Sibiria or the Australian outback! The one shop you find in every village is a farmacy! Ultreia I.- chronicwalker
