Pillow Case?
I took a standard cotton pillowcase that I'd sprayed with Permethrin - not very eco, but covered the sometimes grubby albergue pillows and kept the BB at bay! In Galicia, and sometimes elsewhere, the albergues provided a disposable fitted sheet and pillowcase.- DJMR

What Is The Most Useful & Usless Item You Packed
Universal sink plug from hardware store - most albergue basins don't have plugs. Also anti bed bug sheet - no bites in 1100 km! Oh, and also karabiners and S hooks.- DJMR
