Have benefited physically, mentally and spiritually as a result of walking 6 Caminos.
Im my experience the appearance of "camino Angels" when a problem arises is so uncanny.
The physical challenges are real, however the insights into my own brain activity with positive and negative thoughts flying back and forward only became obvious with the repetitive hours/ days of walking.
Another unexpected benefit was the way in which walking through fields and forests for weeks awakened a feeling of connection with nature at a what could be described as a spiritual level. Words can't do it justice.
