Michael, I just returned from the Norte (Irun to Santiago) and have to say, your assessment is fantastic and made me laugh out loud!!! Thanks for encapsulating the Norte! We did pretty well with vegetables…certainly a lot of ensalada mixta (ask for it “sin atún” / without tuna) and lovely...- JanPhoenix
