How Fit Were You at the Start?
Ah yes...hot spots. Someone told me. As you walk along try to collect the sheep/lambs wool on the bushes. Gather it in a bag as you go. Put it straight away on any hot spot you feel and tape it there, the natural lanolin will stop a blister forming! Amazing but apparently true.- Katie51
