Feeling a bit of panic set in
My partner and I are starting our camino in early November. We plan to buy our flights tonight! We are both healthy and active but have not been training. We do walk everywhere which amounts to about 2-4 miles/day on many days. I hope you're feeling more relaxed, and I'm happy to hear of others...- Leti
