Completed Camino Frances in 2017 with my husband walking from SJPP to Santiago de Compostela
Would like to walk again when able to travel from Australia and have sufficient leave days to walk route from Portugal to Santiago then on to Finisterre. We took the bus tour from Santiago and now would love to come back to walk and try a new route, hence thinking Portugal for a new country to explore.
My husband walked around Shikoku island completing the 88 temple pilgramage in Japan. I did the first 3 temples only as still work full-time. We did book in 2020 to do the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage (only other pilgrim walk UNESCO endorse) but COVID has meant that trip was cancelled. Now unsure if will head to Japan or Europe for next walk - will depend on safety re COVID>
