Liner Socks
I won't mock the socks! :) I second others here...silk liner socks under wool worked well for me for backcountry hikes in warm weather with ventilated hiking boots. The silk is a buffer for your skin, and the wool will provide some cushion and wick away moisture. Good luck!- MDarrall
