    So annoyed at myself!

Thankyou OzAnnie for that info. It may yet be the saving grace. I'll email them to see if they have any in stock as that would be very convenient in SJPDP.

    So annoyed at myself!

Thanks for that Issy T. I've just contacted them so hopefully I'll get a reply ASAP as I don't have much time now before my departure date. At a pinch they could always send it to the hotel I have booked in SJPDP. Time will tell no doubt.

    So annoyed at myself!

Issy T can you tell me where you ordered your Altrus from please? Cost, and how long for delivery? I haven't been able to locate one. Even if I don't need or use it on this Camino I'm sure that I'll put it to good use at some point.

    Womens' issues while walking

Yes liners are good and extend the life of pants etc. I like the Chux idea and will definitely take some on 28th.

    230.000 pilgrims expected this year

I just read some interesting information re the actual numbers of pilgrims on the Camino Frances. Apparently the numbers quoted are for those having completed the Camino and have received their Compostela. They are only 10% of the actual number walking each year. So the projected numbers are...

Anyone doing the Camino in June??

Looking forward to meeting up with other forum members. The excitement is beginning to take hold now. My forum patch is already on my lime green AARN pack so I should be easy to spot. Our first night will be in Orisson and we plan to take it nice and steady to ease into our walk rather than try...
