    Can I use the same pilgrim passport?

    Yes you can. I walked St. James' way in March and then The Camino Ingles, from Ferrol, in April. With the same Credencial. No problem getting the Compostela. Buen camino

    Bus or Uber from Santiago to airport

    I used a taxi last week, which hotel reception booked for me, it cost 26 euros. I used the bus a couple of years ago cost 1 euro. However, if I remember correctly, it takes about an hour versus 20 mins in a taxi.

    Trekking Poles

    I found poles very useful . Stops my hands from swelling. I wouldn't be without them. I got mine ,cheap and cheerful, from Amazon.

    Cheese

    Mercado de Abastos is definitely the place to go. It is a beautiful group of buildings with an enormous range of cheeses , meats, fish, bread and other things. The stall holders are very friendly and happy to help.

    Hotel for midnight arrival at Santiago airport

    Compostela requirements, pre Camino Ingles in UK

    In June 2022 ,I walked from Rochester to Ramsgate. I managed to geta total of 8 stamps. Finding 5 stamps between Canterbury and Ramsgate.( Canterbury, Fordwich, St Mary's Minster, Minster Abbey and Ramsgate) If I remember correctly, the section from Plucks Gutter to Minster was fairly overgrown.

    I suffer from the same obsession .I go anywhere for a Sello and a Certificate. It drove my daughter mad when we were on the Portuguese Camino.

    Merry Christmas. On the Monbus websitewhen we ask for Santiago to Ferrol. When we click on 'see' it shows two stops .one at Pontedeume and one at Fene. Do we change at these places or the bus direct? Thankyou
