Blister product advice
I had a good experience with micropore tape/ surgical tape also. Put it on if you feel pressure and leave it there. I got no blisters and I rubbed my feet with coconut oil every evening. good socks and shoes also played their part. Shoes a size bigger than you normally wear to allow room for...- Ronah44
