Hi Eddie we completed the camino Frances in September 2013 and live in Morecambe but would be interested in a meet or chin wag,seems the Camino really does get into your spirit
Good luck, keep going you will make it,best advice to me was it's not a race go your own pace and enjoy the Camino even the testing days are there are a few!
We went by train Lancaster to Euston £27.50 tube to Victoria £4 then ore booked gatwick express £35 for two then easy jet to Biaritz £31 then overnight Campanile. Travel train to st jean 9 euros
Yes there are lots walking at the moment and alberge are full completo. It's a problem people ringing and booking ahead were on day 10 near Burgos and still problems hope it might clear when the two weekers go home Zubiri was a big problem even people sleeping on flours and bussing out of towns...
