Exactly.Alot can change in 3 weeks. On the camino especially ones through mountainous regions, alot can change in 3 hours.
@Peterexpatkiwi thanks - looking forward to it. I watched your Primitivo videos recently and enjoyed them. Keep the videos comingExactly.
@sprinto and @billandjothorne, over thinking/watching, even worrying about current conditions so far out is interesting at best - but pointless.
On the Primitivo last year it went from clear to relatively thick fog on the Hospitales in MINUTES. In July. But the path was still obvious, so it was no issue. We were forewarned of the possibility, and also that it was NOT considered risky.
It’s why you check with your Hospitalero the morning before setting out. They know the local conditions, and which of the weather forecasters are most accurate.
It can snow, rain, be foggy - or you could have glorious sunshine. A day or two before you’ll have some idea - not before.
It’s a wonderful Camino, enjoy!
Many thanks, much appreciated. Especially when I look at them and think how much I missed. When it comes to videos, I have a lot to learn.@Peterexpatkiwi thanks - looking forward to it. I watched your Primitivo videos recently and enjoyed them. Keep the videos coming
