    St Bernard pass, when likely to have snow in September?

    Any thoughts/advice on the latest we should considering planning on walking the St Bernard Pass? We are ok with cold, but snow is another story! When does it start to snow there--usually? thanks!

    Via Francigena credential in Aosta?

    Since we are leaving in mid-april, we will not be able to get our credential at San Bernardo, but can we get it in Aosta? Or for that matter, anywhere in that area? Don't really want to walk without it, and don't want to pay 40E to have it shipped to the USA. grazie mille!
