Descent from Cruz de Ferro to El Acebo
The 2022 Brierly edition says that there is a “new” path alongside the highway that avoids the treacherous, rocky descent into Molinaseca. If that is true, there was no evidence of it. Do you "push off" when you walk?
I am experimenting with the Alexander Technique in preparation for my Camino. Lots of resources online. I can't vouch for it yet, but it gives very specific advice on posture, movement, balance, gait, ascents/descents, etc.- don_proctor
