    Ultra lightweight backpack--worth it?

    I bought the Hyperlight Unbound 40 - $$ but less than the zpack by a few bucks. 29.6oz/839grams. Waist belt and the fit is absolutely perfect. For me, comfort is king (queen) :) which means light as possible.

    Hi! I have the same issue (have not walked the Camino yet). I heard about Stoko pants and how great they are. I tried them on here in Canada and they felt amazing! Great knee support. Not inexpensive but worth it to have less pain while hiking and walking. Wanted to share.

    Last night I learned I snore...

    Ooooh yikes. Having used the Snore Lab app I learned that I snore too! Especially after a big hike or…wine. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I use nasal strips and that has helped a ton! Hopefully their intention was to be kind by doing that instead of smacking you? But nooo thank you.
