Hiking up O Cebreiro in the Rain
We (my wife and I, 60 years old) hiked up to O Cebreiro from Las Herrerias under heavy cold rain and in the early morning darkness last October. We took the trail, and would do it again. It was muddy for sure, but at no point did we feel it was dangerous. In my view, cars on the road, in dark...- yvvv

From O Cebreiro to Santiago - Weather Oct-Nov
I just did Las Herrerías > O Cebreiro > Triacastela today. Rain, cold and very strong winds between O Cebreiro and Triacastela. But for very few and short segments, the trail is in very good condition and easy to walk, even when steep. It was much more demanding climbing from Las Herrerías to O...- yvvv

Is a fluorescent jacket needed for dark early morning safety?
Headlamp with a reflective headband here. Not as bright as a Christmas tree from behind, but this should be enough.- yvvv

Charging phones/watch/earbuds
Wireless chargers are heavy and will take longer to recharge your devices than cables with a good charger with enough power (watts) to charge all your devices at the same time efficiently (i.e. reasonably fast). If I were you, I would just bring one charger (EU plug) with 3 USB outputs, and...- yvvv
