Any Advice about how to strengthen my knees for down hills.
All good advice here. Another downhill method I use, with also slight knee bend and using poles, is to step down with the feet a few inches farther apart than usual. This causes your centre of gravity to sway left and right over your feet; in effect, a built-in trail switchback. I learned this...- Euphemis
