What did everyone take for sleeping in, clothes wise? I've read some slept in clothes they would wear the following day. Is it worth taking a set of clothes (top and bottom) for just sleepwear?

...oops, hit the send button too soon...testing those 2 pairs of shoes (hiking boots versus trail runners) and seeing if my Keen sandals would be with worth taking. They're really heavy. I'll check out that site about that trekker. And yes, you never know when those remote controls are gonna...
Hi lkaussie, Laurie and Fred! Nice meeting you on the forum and glad to hear I'm not alone planning this far out in advance. I was more or less unsure if I can even handle that much mileage with a 15 pound pack so I thought getting the backpack with everything I plan to take would be most...
How the heck did you manage keeping your pack that light with a heavier camera, rolls of film, and multiple lenses??? Although I don't go for a while, I have packed my bag to see if I can even manage the backpacking weight and without a camera its already up to 12 lbs. Do share your secret:)...

Hi Michael! Great photos on IG - just got an account to follow your live feeds. Just wondering, do you regret not taking your camera as a professional photographer or do you feel pretty satisfied with your iPhone/Instagram shots? I know taking an SLR with multiple lenses would be quite...
Hi Kay,
How inspiring that you are going on your own! My husband is supportive of me going without him but prefers I find at least a companion to go with for his peace of mind. I know many go solo and make friends on the Camino, and everyone's been saying it's safe to go alone, but I can...
Thanks for all the input on whether spouses should go together or not. I appreciate all your different experiences! Luckily, my husband is extremely supportive of all my decisions and will not hold it against me if I leave for a month to pursue this.
What a great idea of having him meet me at Santiago - something wonderful to look forward to! You don't feel at all having this experience without him created any distance between you two?
My husband isn't able to go for multiple reasons but is supportive of me going, as long as I have someone to go with. I am committed to doing this walk and was actually just at the St. James Cathedral last month on another pilgrimage (went by bus). Is it bad or could it be bad for married people...
