Any slow walkers like me?

I have walked now about 700 miles of Camino. I have been hurried along with a group and walked at my own pace...and you can guess what I enjoyed more. Its fun to poke around villages, stop for ice cream, pastries and of course beer. I still manage about 16k a day. Are there any slow walking...

Toulouse store to purchase hiking gear

Pilgrim Leslie broken cart frame

Dear Pilgrims, Leslie began walking the the Le Puy route and shortly into the trip broke the frame that holds her luggage cart. Leslie has MS and limited mobility and is struggling right now. She has been able to send luggage ahead but this is getting expensive. Her family tells me she is...

Speedy Transfer between terminals at Madrid airport

Will 90 minutes be enough time to get between terminal one, passport control on the bus to terminal 4 and through security to the gate? I will not have to pick up luggage and will be pre checked in for my second flight.
