looks to be a very interesting city. I arrive on the 13th and spending a full day there before I walk on the 14th. After my walk returning to Porto for 3 days before I fly back home.

five inches of rainfall in November, so take good wet weather gear. Good walking temperatures though, not too warm.
I gained a kilo after walking 200 miles of the camino, Leon to Santiago. Love all the different bread they have. Much better than the mostly white bland stuff here in the UK.
Has anyone done the Vigo Moana ferry , and walked over the hill there.
My journey is changing every day. Looking at Moana area, and thinking of walking around the peninsular, and up, or over the 500m high hill.
I leave september 14th, so no rush to figure it all out.
Saw quite a few cheats, cheated myself on 1 day blisters too bad to do the distance or would have missed my flight. Did do Sarria to Santiago by foot though.
As for taking the road instead of the path, I think you will find some paths have been introduced to take pilgrims off the road for...
Just done two weeks, started in Leon. Compostella was not my goal, but got one anyway. Had to get the bus from Ponferrada to Villafranca, and O Cebreiro to the bottom of the hill to keep my time to 12 days so I could get my flight back from Santiago. You can get the Compostella by walking...
