    Training advice.

    I got good advice on the way that works for me. Drink 500ml of water at the start of the day and after every 2 hours of walking. Eat an overripe banana every morning with the mid morning coffee. Worked really well for me this year as I felt more energised that ever before. Best of Luck.

    Transport from Santiago de Compostela to Sarria

    The bus that will suit the Aer Lingus flight arriving fro Dublin is the 16.20 to Lugo. I caught it in July . It arrives outside the main door just behind the bus stop for Santiago. In Lugo its about a 15min wait for the bus to Sarria. Hope this helps.
