    De Levante' in Spring continued...

    Gotarrendura Albergue

Gotarrendura Albergue is great. 4 beds.. washing machine, fridge, basic kitchen with plates and utensils. The bar in town provided dinner and breakfast for us .. thanks Andrea for opening early. Last shop before Gotarrendura - Cardenosa has a great butcher/grocery shop.

    Albergue in Vallada

And I will add the dinner was superb! Locals seemed to turn up - the staff were brilliant. And got given excellent duvets/doonas when asked for a blanket (sheets and pillowcases already supplied)

    Albergue in Vallada

Am reading this post as I lay on the bed recovering from a long hot walk from Xativa to VALLADA! We are staying at the Albergue de les Ermitas - the only pilgrims here (although 6 road workers have just turned up). It is not Municipal Albergue prices … We are paying €25 each - plus €15 each for...

And my true love gave to me...

Ditto - my true love did the same for me! I can spend hours tracing my finger over all the routes we still want to walk.
