    From Pamplona to Santiago we made 400 km's walking. I told the volunteer at pilgrimsoffice and he wrote that down. A great memory for my daughter, 16yr! (We arrived to Santiago last monday!)

    Finished my camino...yesterday!!! Those days when it got really hot - I made a layer extra under my hat... I had water on my thin buff and put(ed?) that one on first on my head, and then the hat! It made a big difference/different(?)!!!

    Follow Amorfati1's advice! Walk/rest/walk/rest and so on... And... When you rest - Take the shoes of!!! And the inner sole AND your socks! Yepp, two pair of socks! Pair of wollsocks. One thin, and one outer, thicker. Put'em all in sun for drying, or change! Keep your feet dry, clean and soft...
