I biked the same route with my son last year at the same time you are planning to cycle. We had some nights sleeping outside because my son wanted the explorer experience, but we did not find any albergues not accepting us. Please, get a bell for your bike!
I have just done the camino from Leon on bike with my son. And because of reading this forum before we started we went out and bought two bells... And I would say that 90% never heard us.. Despite my son was a bit keen on the bells... I can't recommend not to buy a bell, it did help the few...- kbravo
