    Where did you walk today?

    Normally on Saturdays I go for some sort of a hike - but instead participated in Dance Day at the Century Ballroom in Seattle. It was 5 hours of dancing - rather than walking, with two 15 minute breaks. Quite a fun work out! :D SCHEDULE 11:30-12:00 Tap 12:00-12:30 West Coast Swing 12:30-1:00...

    That is SO true!! Once you hear about it for the first time - it starts popping up EVERYWHERE and in so many unlikely places. The only downside is you want to GO NOWWW!
