How are the crowds at Roncesvalles right now? April 24, 2018

Camino seems really busy now - stayed in Roncesvalles last night and it was very full... I’m not enjoying the crowds too much, so I’m trying to stay in between the “big” stages for now...

    Train from biarritz to SJPP

I decided to book the shuttle, I think that the time is too short and I really dislike stress... the shuttle, if full, should not be more than 19 Euro, so hopefully it will be full ! It’s called express bourricot: contact@expressbourricot.com

    Graffiti...but with a message

This series of graffiti, and the one with the song "let it be" helped me so much during my Camino in 2015! For me this was a perfect solution as I get blisters very easily and in the hot weather I would have been suffering. Many people though that I was mad to walk in...

Starting my Camino in Sahagún on August 13!

I walked it in about 25 days, these were the maximum days that I could get away and I decided to walk and see to where I would get. I did not walk fast (between 20 and 25 a day) and took one or two rest days. It worked well for me... it was good not to push myself, something I am really good at...

    Posting ahead to Sahagun

I will start my Camino in Sahagún (this is where I finished in 2013) and I wonder if anyone knows if I can post a parcel there from Ireland... I read about sending it to the big post offices, but I have not found anything about Sahagún. . Thank you!
