    No way - find that it’s a massive flight and adjusting to new time zone would wreck me. I always have a few days in madrid or in your case where ever you land to rest up and adjust to new time zone. The hike at the start is a difficult climb. But as everyone is saying - we are all different.

    Pee Cloth - leave no trace

    I used pee cloth and also reusable panty liners that you can wash out each day. I was disgusted with the amount of toilet paper discarded in the bushes. Seriously use pee cloth and if you do something that requires toilet paper carry a doggy bag and dispose thoughtfully.
