    We are from NZ and wear IB socks medium cushion. The secret is to change them half way through your days 🚶‍♀️ walk. Did this on our last Comino and worked well. We leave on our next Camino from SJPdP in about 3 hours time heading for Borda.

    We are leaving SJPdP on 9th April and at the age of 79 will only have a sleeping bag silk liner. I choose you cant walk in a sleeping bag but you can sleep in your rain wear. I am all about not having to much weight in my pack. I weigh 77 kgs so max pack weight is 7.7kgs but will aim for 6kgs...

    We are walking the Le Puy en Valley France in June, July, and August but we are taking it slow. Look at Gronze and see if you can cut it down to your time Frame, some recommendations are its easy in 42 days.

    No you need to judge the distance taking on to account the terrain. If its a climb of 2 to 300meters then maybe you need to shorten the distance. If it's flat then lengthen the distance.

    Very personal choice, some like it hot some like it cold. My choice is a silk rectangular liner as the BB cant get thru. Layer up with clothes if you need more warmth even your wet weather gear. You can't walk in a sleeping bag 😆
