Muchas Gracias! I tend toward the uber intense side of the spectrum: raced 27 marathons (7 Bostons, 3 NYs) and I am a competitive track runner now. My coach's constant comment to me as I train is: Relax Bobby! I think I know how to do it but sometimes old habits win out.- Bobby511
