    Out here in the wilds of the Camino Invierno, some days, like today's stage from Rodeiro to Lalin, zero opportunities as no services available. Nothing but old roads, farms, a couple of flooded bridges, etc. I'll do my best and will simply explain my circumstances and hope for the best.

    I found that TIMP-3 was more comfortable on rocky surface on Primativo than LP. I find LP just doesn't have padding required now that I have had bursitis in heel. Did not miss rockplate.

    Wimpy Merino Shirts, Or Is It Just Me

    Perhaps consider as same solution used for shoes to prevent foot blisters. A very well fitted pack should not be moving around and damaging your shirt. Ensure the pack is secured well to your torso.
