I plan to use around 33 days. I will definitely want rest days - Logroño and Leon probably - so I plan to take the bus from Sahagun to Leon. But I also plan to change my mind whenever I feel like it. We will see what happens. Buen Camino.
I did that july '22. Took a bus from Astorga to Lugo and then from Lugo to Sarria. If you are not in a hurry try to have time to see the old Roman wall in Lugo. It is spectacular. Both routes are shown on omio.com but search for them separately.
