How long and steep are the downhills going from St Jean to Roncesvalles?
Alafter....no matter what anyone else says or tells you....TAKE THE ROAD, NOT THE WOODS TRAIL DOWN THE HILL. If you take the road you will probably enjoy the rest of your trip.
