Can I pack my small multi tool in carry on luggage (backpack)?

It’s policy not a person that’s having a bad day. It’s permitted. Period.

It’s not even prohibited in Canada where you live.

Can I pack my small multi tool in carry on luggage (backpack)?

Does the blade have a mechanism, button, lever etc to release it from the open position and fold it into the closed position? If it folds closed simply by pushing it closed it is not a locking blade.

Can I pack my small multi tool in carry on luggage (backpack)?

The French civil aviation list and examples of prohibited items is on this website. Blades of 6 cm or less are permitted but you may run afoul of the “tools” section also depending on what’s on your multi tool. But if you clear security in your origin country you may or may not have to clear any...

    Wisepilgrim app

I don’t think that’s in dispute. The op is saying that the distance from start to end mileage doesn’t equal the individual town to town mileage within the app itself. So it’s a wise pilgrim app specific question rather than a one method to another question.

Do you have an example? From where to where. There are sometimes 2 variations one in green one in red. These wouldn’t agree with each other.

    Train Santiago to Porto

It might be too early to book the train, that usually seems to be a reason when people get stuck on booking. I’ve never taken the train but I think you need to change trains in Vigo, maybe even change stations although I think it’s a few blocks away. Someone else might know for certain. I’ve...

    Ordering beer in Spain

Estrella de Galicia (or insert generic regional version here) is good but there are so many better Spanish beers. Would I pay more for it, absolutely. Would I still have an ice cold only one choice in the bar beer after a long hot day, absolutely. It’s about opportunity, choice and curiosity. If...

    Ordering beer in Spain

For those who like more choice in their beer selection Sinduena on rua Nova (down the street from Ivar) is great. Their menu board has two sizes, cana and pinta.

    Paris Accommodation

Sacré cœur basilica has a guesthouse. 40 euro for a single room or 15 in the dorm. Breakfast included. It’s maybe a 10 or 15 minute metro ride or a half hour walk to/from your station. Reception opens at 8:30 am you could ask if they’d accommodate your bag.

Starting the Ingles in Texas is now Possible

Interesting question and I don't know what the official answer is. I did a quick search on the forum but haven't really seen a suitable answer. There are many people that walk a Camino intermittently in stages with breaks that span years before they complete it and collect a Compostela. I don't...
