Caminho Portugués de Lamego

I'm sitting and planing next years camino and saw that there should be a way from Coimbra to Chaves and then on to Via de la Plata ( from the Brierly guide - 2011 edition ). Any suggestions to rute, maps, albergues? Bom Caminho

Where to start on a 2-3 week Camino??

Any suggestions on a camino or part?? I have 3 weeks holiday so a 2 week camino would proberly be it. I walked Camino Portugues twice (10 and 9 days) and I think it would be difficult to find yet an other variation. In july 2011is a friend (1. timer) coming with me. I read somewere that Camino...

Starting in Chaves, Portugal

I am planning( thinking ) the camino for 2011 and have heard that it is possible to start in Chaves . Start in Chaves and then later join Via de la Plata? I would like to know if there are Albergues or we have to sleep in hotels? "WE" are a friend who is trying for the first time and me who...

Caminho Portugues from the 16.July 2010

Hi How is the weather going to be from the 16. July and 11 dayes a head? Last year it was raining a lot or was just gray. There wasn't much sun or temperatur. Is there anywere here in this forum a forecast for the different Caminos? Bom Caminho Robert
