Hi Elaine, I will be walking the Camino Frances starting November and finishing early December. I have walked it once before in the Summer months...I think I prefer the rain to the scorching sun. I can't answer any of your questions! but will watch your thread as I am needing the same...
Thank you. What time of the year did you commence your Camino? Food...I'm not sure! Some of the You Tubers I follow that have recently walked this Camino found many of the Bars and restaurants closed so Iam thinking it might be a good idea to stock up with food when I see a supermarket.
I am starting the Camino via Podiensis on September 20th 2022, walking through to Santiago. I was told that the luggage transfer companies stop on October 15th. Is that correct and if so, are taxis readily available to shift luggage? Plan A is to use one of the tour companies and pre-book...
