We are currently in Finisterre … the first sight of the spires of the cathedral is about 5kms out. There is a church and a park on the top of a hill. Make your way into the park and look toward Santiago and you will see the spires of the Cathedral! Buen Camino!
From New Zealand I got my back pack wrapped for $15 NZ all international airports have a luggage wrapping service for a fee. Also added benefit that clearly shows if your luggage has been tampered with from airport to destination. Happy travels!
