My diary On 15th Sept 2010 after two nights on 'Pride of Bilbao' I was among the last of the few who could start my pilgrim walk by stepping off the P&O ferry into the heat of the port of Santurtzi. bed bugs and sleping bags-again!
Aparently only 50% of people are sensetive to bed bug bites so many more are bitten than know about it and presumably the people who are not sensetive are as likely/ more likely? to carry them to new sites than the people who notice the bites. Bringing them home with me is about the only thing...- ecosse

Bilbao onwards
I'm getting the ferry from Portsmouth to Bilbao on 13th September. I'd like to go through the St Anthony tunnel, but I also hope to walk by the sea during the couple of weeks I have available this time. So will probably only get to Santander!- ecosse
