    Another option is to carry a bandanna and tuck it up inside the back of your cap. It's great protection against the sun and, if soaked in cool water, will keep you feeling comfortable. Plus the bandanna has multiple other uses...

    Cortisone in Burgos

    Go to the Pilgrims Office just a block away from the Cathedral Square. They speak fluent English there. I had to go to a hospital and they told me which one was best suited for my condition and then they called a taxi to come over and take me directly to that address!

    SUMMIT!!! Without a doubt. Make sure that you speak with Rodrigo. He and his partner saved my Camino when I could barely walk because of blisters and foot problems!
