    Hiking the Mozárabe from Almería: What to Expect with Riverbed Walking in Mid-late April

    It wasn't too bad in 2018. The river bed gets used as a road in many places and it was smoother than expected. Keep an eye out for vehicles and farm machinery approaching from behind. The views coming out of the river and up the mountain are absolutely fantastic

    Hi Raggy, I'm interested. Ditto to C Clearly questions. Plus how would a hospitalero enforce limits? Alboloduy is tiny and a long way (27k?) from the next town. I don't recall any private facitilies there. Digger

    Almeria vs Malaga

    In my humble opinion: The views along the way from Almeria are a huge attraction. Some of the albergues are outstanding. The Almeria Association is extraordinarily helpful. Tip: Get your stamp the day before you start as the office opens late in the mornings.
