A great question that depends on your usage. My experience was ease of installation, use, and reload. I did not make or receive phone calls on the Orange sim. That’s a great question. I don’t recall the exact procedure. It was intimidating to think about, but Apple provided easy to follow instructions and the Orange purchase included links to install. To answer your question, a QR code may have been involved.- Camino Joe 2021
