I am leaving for Madrid on November 9th for 6 weeks in Spain. My original plan was to walk the Frances...again....i would like to explore other routes but i assume no other routes have enough stuff open. Am i wrong? Te first 3 weeks i am commited to the North as a girlfriend...
I met Pepo la Tortuga, he walks continuously. He is from Alicante i think ans says he likes the people, its cheaper than renting a place, and it helped him qit alcohol. Here is an article about him:

Yes, I agree, PLS DONT, also, some albergues now have signs, asking pilgrims to please not spray pesticides. You can get rid of them! Also, a pilgrim told me a few weeks ago on the Camino she hot washed, hot dried clothes, AND put the backpack in a freezer for a day.
