I wonder why?...the message of the Camino comes not with speed but with reflection that only a paced walk can give...
I personally think 30 daily would be strenuous , a good 25 max would be best maximum.

Hi walked my first Camino at age 60yrs old, never walked long does stance before , let alone considered walking as a hobby.

Well you did it. Secret is in the open, and yes it is a fact...I could see myself I actually felt I was walking like a duck, and could not help otherwise. What makes it OK, is that so many around you do exactly the same, so easy to blend in.. thank you for posting the video!!
