Intermittent fasting on the Camino
I found it was fine - no breakfast…. Just herbal teas /water till around 11ish maybe 12 then food as wanted and dinner by 7 when possible.. if a bit later just later starting to eat the next day. Thought it might impact on walking energy but didn’t - and didn’t bother me sitting with others...- debbie r

Most Affordable Camino??
I have just completed the Frances and kept note of all spending. I averaged 17 euros a day - that included always giving at least 5e for donativo bed and 8e/10e for donativo meal, mostly but not always staying in cheapest option and almost always cooking for myself for all meals.
